Our promise

The R.I.S.E. Center is a private space. What you write here is yours. We collect as little as possible and never sell your information.

What we collect

• Your first name, last name, and email address, so we can create your account.
• Your password, stored only in a scrambled form that nobody can read or recover.
• A record of the terms and privacy version you accepted, with the date and time, and your member ID.
• Later, only what you choose to add: assessment answers, daily check-ins, journal entries, saved resources, and prayer requests.

Who can see your private writing

Only you. Your journal, check-ins, assessment results, and saved resources are locked to your account by the database itself. Administrators never receive routine access to journal content.

Prayer requests are stored privately. If, in future, you ask to be contacted about a prayer request, only specifically authorised administrators will be able to read it, and those actions are recorded.

Email

We use your email address to confirm your account and to send password reset links. We do not add you to marketing lists from this platform.

Your choices

• You can view and update your name at any time.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information.
• You can ask us to close your account and delete your information.

Keeping your information safe

Access is protected by secure sign-in, encrypted connections, and database rules that check who is asking on every request. Staff keys are never placed in the website code.

Changes to this policy

We record which version of this policy you accepted. If it changes in a meaningful way, we will ask you to review and accept the new version.
